II. nothing to think
III. having to meditate for hours
IV. not to move
V. To doze off
These are widespread ideas, but they are not true. / All this is not meditation.
Meditating is actually relatively simple. It means namely
I. to be in a beneficial and pleasant meditation posture,
II. bright awake,
III. conscious
IV. and focused
V. to align his mind.
Meditation is part of many religions. Here, however, forms of meditation that are not linked to a particular religion are taught.
